In the 1980s, after developing in-depth expertise in the transport sector, the Group made a strategic decision: to expand its activities across the entire logistics supply chain.
From a simple carrier to a complete logistics partner — warehousing, handling, and distribution — a transformation that today we would define as the transition to a structured third-party logistics (3PL) model, but which at the time was simply a forward-thinking vision. A choice that enabled us to acquire and, above all, build long-term relationships with customers who are still with us today.

Today, Magis is a recognized supply chain management partner for food and durable goods companies, with its operational headquarters in Pavia and company-owned warehouses located within a 30 km radius of Milan — one of Italy’s most strategic logistics hubs due to its proximity to the main distribution centers in the North.
We manage temperature-controlled food products through ventilation and refrigeration systems that consistently maintain a temperature range between 16 and 22°C.
